The Teardown & Design
I completely removed the old structure and designed a two-level deck system that maximized both function and flow.
Upper Deck
- Built at the original height off the back of the house
- Includes hidden storage underneath, accessible from the lower deck

Lower Deck
- Constructed close to ground level for added privacy and a more intimate feel
- Features a custom curved front edge that softens the design and provides a graceful transition to the lawn
- Framed perimeter for a polished, finished look
